1998 FIREBIRD TRANS AM “FIREHAWK”
THE WU6 FIREHAWK PACKAGE WAS PUT ON THE VEHICLE BUT NOT AT SLP AFTER THE CAR WAS FACTORY BUILT,. FOR THIS REASON, SOME MAY CONSIDER THE CAR A CLONE BUT REST ASSURED THAT SINCE EVERYTHING WAS EXTENSIVELY UPGRADED BEYOND THAT , ITS MUCH MORE THAN EVEN THE NEW Z06 AND HAS RAN CONSISTENT 11.3 AND 11.4 QUARTER MILE RUNS ALL MOTOR AT ORLANDO SPEEDWAY ALL MOTOR,.
CAR HAS NEVER HAD ANY POWER ADDERS ON IT OTHER THAN 100 OCTANE RACE GAS BUT RUNS WITH AN 11.0-1 COMPRESSION ON PUMP GAS PREMIUM
Chassis has under 78000 miles but everything was replaced (read below)
vehicle has had over $20,000 worth of upgrades done to it plus work
530hp all motor ls1
Stage 2.5 heads and cam package from texas speed and performance with GM 5.3 cylinder heads with stage 2.5 cnc porting, upgraded valves, HARDENED push rods, and .660 lift high performance comp cam springs,. TSP magic stick 3 base cam to custom grind. And stock LS7 lifters and ignition system with ngk iridium plugs
Fast 92mm intake and throttle body
42lb lucas fuel injectors
K&n fipk performance intake… w/ SLP 85mm throttle body
Double link timing chain with ported ls6 oil pump
Harland sharp aluminum race roller rockers and slp billet valve cover spacers for extra clearance
Pace setter ceramic coated headers with off road Y pipe going into a borla stainless exhaust with qtp electric cutout to channel either straight pipes or muffler
Entire motor has new gaskets and all ARP bolts torqued to factory GM specs
Motor has just over 4000 miles on it post rebuild with stock bottom end parts with arp bolts.
200 amp big boss alternator, walboro 255 fuel pump
ENGINE CHASSIS DYNO TUNED BY CORVETTE DOCTORS OF AMITYVILLE
Also has fuel cutoff switch under hood for security and safety
Stage 2 performabuilt transmission with 3300 rpm stall torque converter and royal purple fluid has under 200 miles on it with no track time
( however with manual shift of the gear selector or speeds above 37mph will disable TM for maximum power output for track racing or spirited driving)>
Stock axels and housing, new gm carrier
Strange .373 ring & pinion gears with all new Richmond rear end hardware and solid pinion spacer.
Thunder racing rear end gurdle and arp rear end hardware and stud kit
Rear end rebuild has about 200 miles on it and was done with the transmission
(was gonna put in a strange S60 or ford 9” but never did)
Baer dual piston racing brake system with new calipers, pads, upgraded rotors, steel lines and super dot4+ fluid (front) also zinc coated the rotors and covered in ceramic black for rust proofing
Brembo discs with wagner ceramic pads in rear zinc coated the rotors and covered in ceramic black for rust proofing (comes with new rear brake pads also HAWK CERAMIC PADS)( BUT DON’T NEED TO BE CHANGED YET)
Tons of misc polueurethane bushing upgrades and endlink upgrades,

6x9 upgrades in rear of interior all being pushed through jl audio amp
Heated driversside seat upgrade
All door panel hardware all replaced and mounting plastics are all new
Gm power window motors all replaced last year AND XM SATTELLITE TUNER
Door panel popper springs absorb impact when closing and ease the opening of door (aftermarket)….

Vehicle also has 2003 vette z06 whels with 285/35/zr18 nitto nt555s in front (35% life left) and 305/45/zr18 nitto nt555r in rear (95%) life left

The car has also various upgrades and other replacement items on it … waay too many to list including gold plated terminals, goodyear v belt on motor, carbon fiber engine covers, custom firehawk radio cage, and many more,. Tons of stock items also replaced as need be with genuine gm parts
There are a few very small imperfections on the paint for a car of this age, a chip on the front of the hood that’s filled in but still visible, rear bumper has a few minor marks on it, power rear antennae works for am/fm radio fine but doesn’t go up and down and needs replacement,. a/c system was discharged after engine build and never recharged (compressor belt left off but I have it) should work with recharge. ABS, TCS, COMPUTER UNPLUGGED FOR 26”/28” TIRE OFFSET BUT WILL BE FINE WHEN 26”/26” F/R TIRE OFFSET PUT BACK ON.,. THERES ALSO NO VISORS,. BUT THE MOUNTS ARE THERE
I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM ORIGINAL OWNER WHO’S A CLOSE FRIEND OF MINE, AND DID ALL THE UPGRADES MYSELF UNDER HIS OWNERSHIP AND MY OWN,. I AM SELLING THE CAR BECAUSE I AM MOVING AND HAVE NOWHERE TO KEEP IT ANYMORE,. IT RUNS AND DRIVES ABSOLUTELY PERFECT,. WITH NO HICCUPS OR PROBLEMS. THE CAR HASNO RUST ON IT AT ALL EXCEPT ON A FEW LUGNUTS.,
I WORKED FOR COGGIN CHEVROLET OF KISSIMMEE FLORIDA AND THE VAST MAJORITY OF WORK TO THE CAR WAS LOVINGLY PERFORMED THERE BY MYSELF
LIKE I MENTIONED EARLIER THERE WAS A TON OF UPGRADES DONE TO THE VEHICLE AND IT HAS NO EMISSIONS EQUIPMENT ON IT SO PASSING INSPECTION IS UP TO THE NEW OWNER TO RESOLVE
THE CAR COMES WITH OTHER XTRAS LIKE A FIFTH CORVETTE WHEEL AND TIRE AND A FEW OTHER THINGS
